Accounting that drives your business forward.
Statutory accounts, corporation tax and the year-end basics, done right, on time, and used as the foundation for real business decisions.
Year-end shouldn't feel like a fire drill.
A lot of business owners only hear from their accountant when a filing deadline is close, and by that point the year has already been decided, so the conversation is about recording what happened rather than changing it.
Year-round accounting, not year-end accounting.
We take care of the statutory work quietly in the background, then use what it tells us as the basis for tax-led advice from a chartered adviser who already understands how your business trades.
- Statutory accounts and Companies House filings
- Corporation tax computations and CT600
- Year-round access to a named adviser
- Review of performance and tax position before the year closes

Common questions
What is included in business accounting?
The statutory accounts, the corporation tax return (CT600) and the Companies House confirmation statement, plus director self-assessment where it's needed, and support through the year whenever a question comes up rather than only at the year end.
How much does business accounting cost?
Fees depend on the size of the business, how complex the records are and which services you want bundled together, so we quote clearly after an initial discovery call and you're under no obligation to go ahead.
Can you take over from my existing accountant?
Yes, and we handle the handover from end to end, including professional clearance and obtaining your records, so in most cases there's very little for you to do beyond confirming you're happy for us to act.
When should I switch accountants?
Any point in the year works, although the start of a new financial year is usually the cleanest because there's less work in progress to move across. We'll make the transition straightforward whenever you decide.
